In 2013, whilst undertaking an ambitious international expansion project, Naturgy decided that a more unified and efficient training approach was required.

After successfully implementing language training programs in the Spanish parent company, Learnlight was chosen to design and lead a company-wide training transformation initiative. Learnlight was charged with designing an innovative training program, based on two crucial aspects: centralization and flexibility.

Together, Naturgy and Learnlight have overcome geographical barriers and have unified Naturgy’s language training offering on a global scale.
